Founded in the UK in August 2024, Meliza’s was born from a deep belief that African ingredients deserve a bold, beautiful seat at the global table. Our first creation, Meliza’s Plantain Pasta, reimagines a beloved staple, the plantain, into something fresh, natural, bold and unforgettable.
